Professor Susan Young
Susan Young is the director of Psychology Services Limited (www.psychology-services.uk.com) and an Honorary Professor at Rekjavik University and Bucks New University. She is a clinical and forensic psychologist, and a practitioner neuropsychologist with over 20 years working in clinical academia, including prestigious employment at Imperial College London. She participated in the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE) ADHD Clinical Guideline Development Group (2008;2013) and the British Association of Psychopharmacology ADHD Consensus Meetings (2007;2013). She is President of the UK ADHD Partnership (www.UKADHD.com), Vice-President of the UK Adult ADHD Network (www.UKAAN.org), Trustee of The ADHD Foundation (www.adhdfoundation.org.uk) and on the Professional Advisory Board of ADHD Europe. Professor Young has published over 100 articles in scientific journals. She is the author of five psychological intervention programmes, four books and the ADHD Child Evaluation [ACE]. Her work has been translated into Spanish, Catalan, Icelandic, Hebrew, Japanese, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Polish, Chinese, French, Turkish, Dutch, Polish, Italian, Russian, Hungarian, Macedonian, Tamil, Arabic, Greek and Sinhalese.
